We love all of our clients at The Beauty Lounge, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and time again. Take a quick read. Need to Cancel?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to reschedule this for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

If you do not show up to your appointment booked you will be asked to pay 100% of the treatment cost. 

Please be courteous to myself and other clients at The Beauty Lounge and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to other clients.

Please also be aware that due to insurance purposes and health and safety, we do ask that you do not bring children along to your appointment.
